Lauren Pearson is the founding partner and Managing Director of Somerset Advisory, an independent wealth management firm built to serve the complex needs of multigenerational families, entrepreneurs, and executives.
Over nearly two decades, Lauren has led Somerset’s evolution from a regional advisory practice into a multi-office firm distinguished by its research-driven process, client alignment, and disciplined growth. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, she combines deep technical acumen with a strategic understanding of human dynamics, guiding both clients and teams through transition, succession, and stewardship.
Lauren’s leadership reflects a long-view philosophy: lasting firms are built on clarity, trust, and execution. Under her direction, Somerset has developed the CLARITIES framework, a planning process that integrates cash flow, asset allocation, tax, and estate considerations with the broader goals of family legacy and impact.
