Building balance today. Strengthening legacies for tomorrow.

Wealth Management

Your wealth is the outcome of decades of effort and intention — a reflection of your work, your family, and the life you’ve chosen to create. Our role is to help bring order and perspective to that complexity, aiming to ensure your financial strategy supports the freedom and impact you’ve earned.

What Wealth Management Means to Us

What Wealth Management Means to Us

We believe true wealth management is more than selecting stocks or matching benchmarks. We focus on:

  • Connecting your investments, taxes, retirement, legacy, and values into one cohesive plan
  • Being proactive and not reacting to markets or trends
  • Partnering with you over the long term to help steward your wealth, pursue opportunity, and protect against risk
  •

For those seeking a Charlottesville wealth management firm, our services aim to bring thoughtful strategy and steady implementation, helping your wealth support your life’s goals. Our services don’t end in Charlottesville — we are pleased to offer our female-led services in Beaufort, Birmingham, Gordonsville, and beyond.

Our Approach to Wealth Management

We are a faith-based wealth management firm that operates on the idea that wealth management is not one-size-fits-all; it’s one-size-fits-you. Each client is different, and your needs and goals shape how we serve you.

Discovery & Context

We begin by listening to your story, your goals, and your values. What do you strive for? What keeps you up at night? What legacy do you hope to leave?

Strategy and Design

We map your current wealth picture: investments, business interests, property, tax posture, liquidity events, and generational transition. Then, we design a plan tailored to you—covering asset-allocation strategy, risk management, tax efficiency, succession planning, philanthropy, and more.

Implementation & Alignment

Strategy means little without execution. We coordinate with your other professionals (CPA, attorney, business advisor) to align all aspects of your finances. We oversee the build-out of your portfolio, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep the plan in motion.

Ongoing Review & Adaptation

Markets change, life changes, and your goals evolve. We meet with you regularly — at milestones, changes in your business or family, or when new opportunities arise — to make sure your plan stays relevant and actionable.

Wealth Management Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between wealth management and financial planning?

Financial planning creates the roadmap — your goals, timelines, and strategies. Wealth management adds hands-on implementation and ongoing investment oversight, helping to see that your plan stays aligned as life changes.

Who do you typically work with?

We work with women, successful professionals, business owners, and families who value thoughtful guidance and want a partner to help manage complexity with clarity and purpose.

How is your firm compensated?

We offer transparent, fee-based pricing. Most clients pay a percentage of assets under management, while others engage us for flat-fee planning. There are no commissions or hidden costs.

Do you manage investments in-house?

Yes. We build and manage portfolios tailored to each client’s goals and risk tolerance, focusing on diversification, tax efficiency, and long-term discipline.

How often will we meet?

We meet formally at least once a year, with ongoing communication throughout the year. Major life events or market shifts often prompt additional check-ins.

Can you coordinate with my CPA or attorney?

Absolutely. Collaboration is a core part of our service. We work directly with your other professionals to ensure a cohesive, tax-smart, and legally sound plan.

Is there an investment minimum?

While we do not have an investment minimum, our minimum flat fee is $15,000 per year. Please note that we treat family members and business partners (if they wish) as one billing group, potentially allowing each member to receive a lower fee rate.
